Your privacy, in plain words
Here's the honest version of what happens to anything you share with me here. No fine print, no games, no watching you around the web. If a sentence below ever stops being true, I'll change it.
What I collect
Only a first name and an email, and only when you choose to give them: when you join the letters, join the Pantheon waitlist, or claim a founding seat. If a form asks for a short note, that note is optional. I don't ask for more than I need, and there's no hidden form doing it behind your back.
If you buy a founding seat
The payment runs through Stripe, a trusted payment company. Your card details go straight to them and never touch my systems. All I see on my side is that a seat was paid for, plus the first name and email you gave.
Where it lives
What you give me sits in this site's own private database, and for a purchase, with Stripe. I don't sell it, rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers. Not now, not ever.
The letters
If you join the letters, I'll email you now and then with new writing and news. The site keeps a record of when you joined, left, or rejoined so I don't send mail to someone who opted out. Every letter has a way out, and you can leave whenever you like, no hard feelings and no questions asked.
Campaigns and list history
The system can store draft campaign records and list-history receipts for compliance. That doesn't mean a message is sent automatically. Marketing and care emails still need The Enchantrix's review unless they're plain purchase or access logistics.
No tracking
There's no analytics quietly watching you, no advertising pixels, and no third-party cookies following you from page to page. The only cookie here is the one that keeps you signed in, and that's only if you have an account.

Want off the letters, or want me to delete what I have about you? Email me at letters@enchantedkink.com and I'll take care of it. It's your information, and you get to say.
