The plain terms
These are the house rules for using The Queendom. They're written to be readable, because consent works better when the words make sense.
What this site is
The Queendom is the public home for The Goddess Speaks and the private story workspace behind it. Public writing, the letters list, the Pantheon waitlist, and the founding seat live here.
Age and capacity
This world speaks plainly about power, kink, memoir, care, and adult-adjacent life. You need to be at least 18, able to enter an agreement, and allowed to view this kind of material where you live.
No medical, legal, or mental-health advice
The writing here can be personal, somatic, spiritual, intimate, and reflective. It isn't medical care, therapy, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for help from a qualified professional.
Accounts and private records
The private workspace is invitation-only. If you have an account, keep your sign-in safe and don't share private records outside the workspace unless you have the right to do that.
Public comments and submissions
If you send a note, join a list, or share an intake answer later, only send what you're allowed to share. Don't submit another person's private story, legal name, contact details, or intimate details without their clear permission.
Intellectual property
The writing, art, name, design, and app experience belong to The Enchantrix and The Queendom unless a page says otherwise. Reading the site doesn't give permission to copy, resell, train a model on, or republish the work.
Payments
The founding seat is a one-time presale purchase handled through Stripe. The purchase terms explain fulfillment, refunds, and what the seat includes.
Changes
These terms may change as the project grows. If a change matters to paid members or account holders, I'll make the update visible instead of burying it.
